Description: Join-seal generation now requires globalNodeDegree(node) == 2 plus non-collinearity. Confirm this doesn’t suppress needed seals at complex junctions (mixed z, epsilon-close nodes).

Acceptance: Junction continuity preserved across stress scenes and known corner cases.
