Description: New suppressTerminusCaps in clipped station redraw pass may hide/alter intended terminus visuals in edge cases. Verify arcs/straights, z-order overlaps, and moving-selection ghost modes.

Acceptance: No cap artifacts, no station-edge white bleed, and no regressions in selected/moving line visuals.
